I had a 3in dump pipe with an open screamer on for a while, but it was grinding the steering shaft. It is a wicked wicked sound.

No unfortuneatly I don't, it was only on there for a week or so. It took some modification to work.

Tools needed - vice and big hammer.

This week, ill put on my rear springs, sand down this coat of primer, the car is 100% straight, throw one more coat or two to practice my mixing/shooting skills, block sand, then spray some base/clear on it! The color is going to be breakwater blue matallic by toyota. It's mostly silver with a hint of blue, im sure most of you have seen it on the newer scion's

I like the pignose bumper - but when I got the car car, it had faux sidemount holes cut in it, it was broken on the bottom, and someone damn tore off the lip, so the bumper was a mess... then some kid at my highschool backed into it and put a hole through it via exhaust pipe. The kid was real cool about it and bought me some back tires and a cheesburger.

I don't mind, it was a good excuse to replace the bumper anyway. The cut out spots for the intercooler are super clean. For anyone getting ready to cut theirs, I suggest using a filet knife. It cuts so easy and smooth, much better than a dremel tool.

I'm working part time at a body shop right now, so I'm really focusing on making the car straight and getting it ready for paint.

The car is super reliable, cranks easy, starter spins FAST, charges 13.5v~, handles well, rides nice, real quiet. The only performance problem is a high rpm sputter - prob some ****ty coilpacks - but im working on it! Shifting at 5500rpm, it's still way faster than my sohc lol!

The newer style bumper is more suited for a front mount intercooler and looks super clean!

the car is one solid color finally..

rear springs are on...

sway bar fixed...

getting ready to be painted in 2 weeks...

ordered a new coolant temp sensor (96 300zx 385154 From advance auto)
ordered new 02 sensor (84 200sx turbo ca18et 13276 from advance auto)
going to clean coilpack boots and springs

If that doesn't fix my problem, im not sure what will - we'll see.

problem fixed.

base timing was set at 15deg because i thought it was a 5 speed ecu. turns out it wasn an auto and needed 20deg base timing!

runs like a champ at 7-8 psi. I'm getting Carl to tune me for 14 psi as soon as it gets painted in january
