repair her and have her painted black, the lady's insurance that hit me will be paying for it. i just hope its not declared totaled. if it's not then hey i get body work that needed to be done already AND half a paintjob for free.

 

good ****...but damn that sucks...sue her for injuries and get some coilovers and wheels?

find out though if the lady's insurance will cover your aftermarket exhaust. i ask cause i work @ an insurance company myself, and those claims adjusters who inspect the vehicle to determine the loss amount are only bound to restore the vehicle back to spec, as in oem. not too sure if they endorse aftermarket upgrades, especially if they aren't street legal.
