nice project, looks good so far
That looks really awsome! I want to do the exact same thing when I get my hands on another motor.
thanks thanks. : )
so everything was rebuilt to stock?
T25
Wow thats gonna have some crazy spool and response |
lol...stock SR motor...except S15...
yes everything built back to stock for now. : (
yeah t25 i hope your right about it having some crazy spool and response.. i herd it was actually too small for ka but oh well just have to take a shot at it. :thumb: |
same thing
i also thinking about rebuilding and adding a T-28 turbo to my ka24de in my s14, can u give me suggestions on what needs to be done internally for a hp range between 250-300
are you keeping your internals stock like mine and adding the t28??? 250-300 would be easy but from what i hear you can go higher then 300hp on stock internals.. i herd our ka's can hold up to about 400HP with a stock buttom end and can handle up to 10psi with being just a stock buttom end.
to make 250-300.. i'd say add the t28, sr injectoers, fuel rail, metal head gasket, full ehxuast system, cold air intake, pulleys, remove the fan and run electri fans from a nissan altima, remove the stock air box its a small plastic black box, use arp studs for your head, koyo radiator, and have your ecu done.. that's all i can think of that may get you to 250-300 range. |
whats the advantage of arp studs?
I hope your joking. hahaha if not... using arp studs is a recommended if doing any head work and using a perfomance head gasket. keeps that sh*t safe and tight with the power if that one person is gonna be looking for a hp range between 250-300. stock studs just wouldn't cut it.
i'm using arp studs on mine. :thumb:
