i open up lamps using the oven and do just about anything, including retrofiting led modules from trucks into taillights using pdm's and what have you.
while we are on the subject here are some tails

why do you think i said retro? RETROFIT you cut up your housings, in a 240sx case remove the inner clear diffuser and silicone the modules in. i know what im talking about my friend, i have done numerous automotive lighting projects. i am working on an hid retrofit on my kouki as we speak. heres an example of what i do

you can use vinyl too it looks alot shinier and more even, try www.jmods.net and email the guy about custom sizes
it would be kinda rice unless you use vinyl from www.lamin-x.com

i wonder how it would look with the black housing instead of chrome housing....i wonder if there will be much difference....maybe the housing will reflect the light less and so u would just see red circles...
