Taillight/wing is this?

I love this tail light and wing combo. Does anyone sell this? Is it a JDM-spec kit that's going to cost more than my car?

This front looks..well good until you get to the bottom lip.:confused:..they should take those bars off and close up those holes a little, i'll look a lot better....

Taillights are just kouki 180sx taillights with a cover on them and the wing is..i dunno, custom molded:dunno:
