wat kind of paint did you use? If you didn't use high heat paint or some kind of engine paint.. wouldn't that melt?

i saw that stuff (JoelB) in autozone but its not heat resistant and the autozones by me only have chameleon color and its the gay purple/blue/green (no offense to those who like it)

well i got mine at a auto shop my friends uncle owns. But what you need is regular high heat paint wich ever color you want. since your going hot pink try to get hot pink and you can just use that. nothing else is really needed. but for cases like mine i had to do some measuring and calculations with the flake paint and i mixed it with the high heat black. then when i was done painting i used some clear coat to finish it off. You can always just powdercoat it but most likely your gonna have to pay a shop to do that. i wanted to do it myself and have experience with mixing paint so i wasnt going to spend money on something i can do by myself. lemme kno if you need any more help

P.S. Autozone carries a wide variety of high heat paints or you can just buy them online from Duplicolor. they also have diff styles of paint that will work too and add "effect" to it. One paint they have (which is pretty cool) is textured paint, it feels ridged and looks cool. Just explore Duplicolors website and you'll find alot of cool stuff. If you havent really mixed paint or painted before i suggest you get the paint in a spraycan. its works good
