AAV240sx May 28, 2005 08:58 PM

how would you go about mounting that kind of spoiler?

BOMEX180 May 28, 2005 11:42 PM

screw from underneath the hatch or super strong double adhesive tape.

LA_phantom_240 Jun 1, 2005 08:01 PM

the 2nd way is the ghetto ricer way

Fast1One Jun 1, 2005 08:03 PM

It works though....

DO NOT use double sided tape, do it right or don't do it at all. What kind of ground effects does that car have in the first post? That's definately the look I'm going for, except I'm painting it candy apple red :)

BOMEX180 Jun 2, 2005 08:42 PM

its the GP SPorts kit.

would you like to guess what holds this spoiler down?

majority if not all mini spoilers arent held down by screws

I told you it works....

BarnDog296 Jul 1, 2005 08:26 AM

you can also use a really good epoxy. My spoiler was comming up on one side b/c the screw had rotted through, and I have a stock spoiler that is not raised up. So instead I put an epoxy under it and it held REALLY well, and you dont have to deal with the screws (especially if they are comming through like mine were...) Guess Ill have to fix that one day to...

who ever wants that GP Sports kit should go to www.andysautosport.com they got alot of body kits there but for a complete GP sports body kit your lookin at over $1,000
