also, what are the lowest lowering springs and who makes them.

Check you're best friend... E-Bay. You might wanna check either Tien or Eibach for springs.

Tien HE is pretty good (from wat i've heard). I'm also thinking aobut gettin em, not just cuz everyone says they're good n some magazines have already gave em good reviews... well actually thats most of the reason. :p
