wide body fender ?

this may have already been asked...
but i just got my wide body fenders...

and was wondering what all it take to install?
how do you get them to stay on your stock fenders?
info and suggestions would be great

alot of people bolt them on, riveted(spelling?) style, or if your into the whole looks thing you could have them molded in.

Rivet them *****es on, I believe your gonna have to do a little cutting as well

most times as far as i know from what ive seen and what ive researched theres many ways of doing wide body rear quarters.
most are riveted on around the edges most times there are counter sunk spots to be riveted. if they arent then i would try n counter sink the rivets just enough so when you do fill them in and smoooth in the edges you dont see rivet heads in the paint.
also in most cases you want your wheels to fit flush or damn close to with the fenders edge and so your tires wont rub you have to do sumthing with the existing old fender face. either beat it up and outa the way (ewww). cut it and weld it up. and i've also seen the rear cut in sections and pulled to where the new fenders edge is. then welded/gaps filled and then attatched to the new fenders edge finishing out the wheel wells to be stock just wider.
