Email Notification??

I have instant email notification on almost every thread that I am subscribed to but I hardly ever get any emails about replies to the threads. I have to come to the forum and check all the threads sometimes finding replies that were posted a week or so ago but I never received a email. Anyone know how I can fix this? I like coming here so I'm not complaining, just want to know what I'm doing wrong.

if you dont want the message, just click on the link that says unsubscribe.. also.... another thing you can do is.. go to your user control panel and disable it.

That's just it, I do want the messages but I rarely get any email notifications from this forum in my email account even though I am subscribed to instant notifications on threads.

Remember, you only get ONE email per visit. So if you get a notification, you delete it but don't visit the site, you won't get another one. It's to avoid the site being recognized as a spam.

Have you checked your spam filters . . .if it's getting caught make sure you allow boostlabs and s-chassis as safe senders.

Hmmm . . .I'm trying to think of what else it could be, but that's pretty much all I can think of.

It's no big deal man don't waste your time with this. I was just fishing for some answers anyway. Thanks for the replies guys, I'll just stick with it the way it is...just gives me more reasons to check back more often yes!!!

my two cents:

You get one email a thread, even if there were 5 replys,

Maybe you have to wait the full 24 hrs until you get the email.
