Off topic

I think we should move off-topic so a separate side section, like where the vendor for-sale section is, considering it doesnt even work properly and displays the private for-sale instead. Theres a lot of off-topic threads, and this is cluttering the actual 240 threads on the homepage, which may turn away new members.

Good idea. I made the change and the fix. I'm working on the front page design so I'll look into adding a offtopic recent threads box.
