KA limits

how much HP can the average KA handle without any moding to the engine it self?

do you mean by turbo or supercharge? I believe 6-7 psi max, so just over 200 hp.

what can be done to the ka to make it capable of handling more horsepower (this in conjunction with a turbo or supercharger)?

supercharge, turbocharge, or build the engine, either of the three. But no matter what if you want over 200rwhp you're going to want to build your engine to take the added hp.
