Help!!! SR20DET idles high and runs like crap!
As the title says I just got done with my swap. The car idles at about 2000 rpm and it bogs down really bad when you drive it. I checked the MAF and I am getting power to the plug but when I unplug the stupid thing with the engine running there is no change. This morning I tried to check the ECU for codes but the light does not blink it just stays lit up. Any ideas???? I also checked the voltage to the MAF is 12-14 volts, but I'm not getting anything on the signal wire. Bad ECU???

yea check all vacuums and make sure your throttle cable is adjusted properly
12to 14 volts bro......... you sure that your getting the signal and not the power source., the actually signal wire voltage is not that high it should be in the neighborhood of 1.5 to 1.8 v or so constant

can you give more detail of when your cars messes up and how it sounds etc..
for example if it happens when you start it up or later down the road.
closed and open loop play a role if you use a o2 sensor

wouldn't hurt to get one. but you can also check it i forget what the voltage should be. also i like to clean the o2 sensor every now and then with carb cleaner.
also the voltage you got for the maf seems way too high it sould only be like 1.5v

I got 1.5V for the TPS, and 12V for the MAF. From what I read I should get 12V on the black wire and about .5-1V on the white signal wire. Can someone confirm this???? Also would the AIV Valve cause this? I can't guarantee but I bet that the boost leak was the reason for crappy driving, I will check that in the A.M but now I still have the idle.
