50mm Over fenders...who's best?

I decided to go with some chargespeed fenders...should be nice.
The body shop quoted me $1900 for front/rear install (rears will be cut and welded so I can fit some 335) of fenders plus fixing all the little dents and rust ect plus priming the car. This seems a little high to me...any thoughts?
Price of the fenders for front 20mm and rear 50mm was $840 shipped FYI
