5Zigen FN01R-C require fender rolling/pulling?

Like the title says, do the 5Zigen FN01R-C rims require any fender rolling/pulling in order to make them fit on the s13 chassis?

17X9 +20offset

If it was a 17X10 +15offset then yes....

Wheel section maybe? Yeah I think so....moved.

Next time you should include sizes in your question so people don't have to guess or list every size.

maybe he wasnt aware that wheels come in different sizes, in which case he should research a lot more, or he will deeply regret buying **** ass sizes because he didnt know what the difference between 17x9.5 +15 and 18x7 +42 was.
