honda will not work. honda 4lug is 4x100 and also their hub bore is too small

Slidin240 07-11-2005 01:09 PM

arent Honda Accords 4x114.3? But wouldnt they be sunken in too much?

ArticDragon 07-11-2005 06:37 PM

They'd be sunken since it's FF offset.

again, honda is 4x100 and doesnt matter if they are sunken or not. it wont fit in the first place to let you see how sunken they will be.

revolutionz_s13 07-11-2005 10:43 PM

yea, the accords are 4x114.3....but they are right about the offset being way to high...

no point if they are lugcentric if they are NOT hubcentric. i knew somebody was gonna bring up the old skool accords, i was just too lazy to edit my post but rather wait until somebody brings it up and explain it all at once

there are more to wheels than just having it the same PCD.

sentras are 4x100 just like the integra GSR, but how come the GSR rims wont fit on the sentra?

thats becuz they arent HUBCENTRIC.

in other words, the hub bore on the GSR rims are smaller than the nissan. honda is 50 something MM? nissan is 60 something mm. i forget.

mustang rims fit because mustang rims have a bigger hub bore than nissan. thats why when you put the rims on, it has a lot of play and needed to centered and bolted down. thats where hubcentric rings come into play.

the reason why aftermarket rims can fit from car to car and only need to be lugcentric [Same PCD] is because car companies make sure the hub bore is above ~73 that way it can fit from any car. thats why most aftermarket rims have such big ass center caps. to cover up those huge ass holes

and people think im stupid and never help.

o ok now i get it. iite thanx for clearin that up :thumb:

Accord 90+ and prelude 92+ wheels fit but may be crappy offset. I've sold some aftermarket wheels from a Prelude to a 240SX guy and they tucked nice, but some others look like they fit like 235-70-15's on a Suburban.

Levi SPL S14 07-13-2005 12:02 AM

tucked is gay

flush is best

The late model Infiniti G20 (P11) have mesh style 4x114.3 wheels. Looks good and fits good.

Sorry, not mesh. But they are 4 lug, they're off the 99-01 model.

im saying "no it doesnt" as in no it doesnt look good and no it doesnt fit good

ArticDragon 07-17-2005 02:05 PM

The offsets too low for it to be close to flush. They'd sit somewhere close to what stock 7 spokes sit at.
