Are you talking about a sleeve coilover because those suck. A good set of springs will do you nice.
I would just get some adjustable coilovers like TEIN HE, JIC FLTA2, Tanabe S-OC. It depends on the ride quality you want and the budget you have. Good luck.

This question is asked every other week, and again - the same answers: stay away from those coilover sleeve action you see on Ebay. Other than ground control kits, most don't even fit right - some actually raise your car. Even the GC's you have to cut your stock spring perches off to use them properly. Get yourself a nice set of springs from Whiteline, Eibach, or RSR... or like LandHo said, if you got the budget go for the full coilover.

well for the ground control it. I think you are not suppose to use regular spring. I saw a website selling ground control kit with the Eibach ERS spring. much stiffer and short than regular spring.
