apexi world sport coilover BLEW. Now what????
 

My drivers side apex world sport coilover blew. There is oil EVERYWHERE on and around the strut.

Can it be rebuilt?? by who? How much?

call apex usa and see how much ti would cost. dont be so lazy.

why would you say something dumb like that? just because somebody apex coilover blew means you wont buy it anymore?

if somebodys blitz exahust falls off, you wont buy the blitz exhaust? if somebodys manifold cracks, you wont buy that manifold?

Do you say this because of the non-adjustability or just a simple/blatent opinion???

People just say that because they read it on the internet. With no proof or experience at all to back up what they say.

They are lame.

Yup yup. People just assume they suck because they are comparing them to something extreme like Kei-Office or Zeal's. For the product, you have to compare something similar, like your WS dampers and Tein Basics or SS's. For the money, they are probably decent coilovers. Its like saying our 240's suck when your comparing them to Porsche's or Ferrari's. But compared to cheaper cars (civics, integra's, eclipse, etc.) the 240 rocks.

if they REALY "SUCK" then i wouldn't put more money into them, and i'd start over with a new set. But seeing how it seems like people are just talking out of their asses, i think i'll keep them because they seem to be "DECENT" so far.

free. they came with my car.

nice now go to an apexi distributor and have then rebuilt or buy new set of something else.

oh thats wonderful then. I saw them on the internet for around $1,200. If you ever want to upgrade there are a lot of good choices for around $1,500. Silk Road, Tein Super Drift, i even saw some GR-6's for ~$1,500.

see there you go now BUY!!!
