whats the best way to clean them and make them look as clean as possible because my wheel covers are hella done for help me out. thanks

You can buy pure acid that has to be diluted, but give that a shot... or repaint them.

Yeah boiling water. Simple green and elbow grease. You can see what it did for my wheels. :D

i just washed em with hot water and spraypainted em nice and black and glossy BLING!
