Angry Brakes to the floor when i turn on S13

Ok, some some time ago some guy in here had the same problem. I can pump my brakes till they stiffen when i turn my car off, but when i turn the key they go straight to the floor. The lines are good, i'm not leaking ANYWHWERE and master cylinder is new SO WTF?!?!?!? I changed my old master cylinder and i think it got worse.

How do i get pressure back in the lines when i replace the cylinder??

The master cylinder is the one with the reservoir, or am i crazy??

HELP!!!

Do you have ABS? Because, there is a different procedure with bleeding brakes w/ ABS. Also, what order did you bleed your brakes in? (RR, LR, RF, LF?). Also, did you bench bleed the MS before you installed it? Sounds like you got a lot of air in your lines...

Is the pedal really hard? Almost like you have no power brakes? If so, you could have a bad power booster or a vacuum leak to the line going to it...

Nope no ABS but you're right, there was air in the system and i hadn't thought of bleeding the master cylinder, that's what made the squishy sound when i pumped the pedal. That's for the help guys!!
