Coilovers

Hi guys I want to ask you a question
All my friends been telling me to put a turbo in my 240sx however I am going to do suspensions firs.
I am about to buy coilovers for my 240sx 1995 I came a cross Nismo coilovers witch I can get for 1400 brand new however I am a little skeptical about nismo coil over are they any good?

If there is better once then nismo for the same price please let me know witch brand, and why.

Thanks

Nismo does make a coilover system, Nismo is Nissan Motorsports International. Put the two together and yes, this system is good. At least for factory specs that is. I've only seen Nismo parts sold at Nissan dealers and "certified" Nismo dealers (which are extremely rare in the USA since majority of the dealerships have exclusive rights to the brand in their areas.)

And where in the hell can you get em for 1400? Dealers here charge 2K and up for the normal shock and spring combos.

My friend has the silkroads on his s14 stock se rims they are daily and he likes them just fine. My other friend has the nismo coilovers, they feel nice stock like on softest setting. But good enough on stiff settings, he drifts the car at events. ( I forget his rim/tire combo though)I drove it a few times feels nice and manageable. I can't compare it to my silkroads due to rim/tire combo. One of my friends just got some Stance coilovers..haven't checked it out yet due to cold though.

There is the tire factor does come into play, effects handling, feedback of road.

I agree on going suspension first though before going turbo.

Yuu can get them from midway nissan for 1350 +shipping.
