Enkei or Riken mesh?

I found 2 sets of wheels I'm interested in and will probably buy one of them this week. I can't decide between the two.

Set 1. 15x7 +22 enkei mesh. Brand new still has manufacturers tape. $560 shipped.

Set 1. 15x7 +0 riken mesh. Used but in very good condition with almost new dunlop FM901's. $650 without shipping.

Are there really any differences between the two? Give me some input on which would be better.
