lowering set up

So I need to find a good, dependable, and cheap route to lower my fastback. I want something pretty stiff but its a daily driver so... I had some megan racing lowering springs but they keep eating up my shocks. I was wondering what a good spring and shock combo was.

Tein S Techs are good, said to be soft I can't really tell you, but if you have AGX shocks you can get it pretty tight.

wow thats been like a million threads about that.

motegineon 09-19-2006 01:57 PM

for the amount you keep spending on shocks then you coulda bought some decent coilovers that would last and give you better performance/adjustability, which is what im recommending to you

slidewaysdan 09-19-2006 02:25 PM

Ok thanks I think im gonna just spend some more and get a set of coilovers, sorry about the repeat post.

slidewaysdan 09-19-2006 03:27 PM

so if i went with coilovers whats a good set? just coilover springs are crap huh?

Ayuaddict 09-19-2006 04:14 PM

i wouldnt put "sleeve type coilover springs " on my lawnmower. megan racing, KTS, STANCE, silkroad sound good to me.

www.splparts.com (i personally have the KTS coilovers)

motegineon 09-19-2006 05:07 PM

yea if your going for a cheaper route then what yuta ^ said is good, i have megans..

slidewaysdan 09-19-2006 07:11 PM

nixad 09-19-2006 08:15 PM
