Multiple Spacer Question(searched)

Real quick question. I was wondering if using 2 sandwich style wheel spacers on 1 wheel would be very unsafe?

For example, Would Two 3mm Sandwich style spacers be any more unsafe than lets say One 6mm spacer on the 1 wheel? Im sure it would be better to run just one spacer, but would it really be that big of a problem to just run 2 smaller spacers?

Thanks for the help

I wouldn't trust 2+ spacers..

even the idea sounds dangerous.

ahhh but what if he were to run 2, 2mm spacers (if anybody makes such a thing), would that be any more dangerous than a solid 4mm spacer?

that is the question.

solid or not if the number is greater than 5mm then you cannot use it safely.

BTW i hope you were being sarcastic.

Hah, quick to call me a moron huh? Levi, I dont see why you are calling anyone in this thread a moron; when your the one that obviously cant even see what im asking. I almost thought i was posting on Zilvia...

I never once said whether i was using stock studs. And even if i was, once again you didnt answer question. Was just wondering if using multiple spacers was a bad idea. Reguardless of whether or not they are stock studs. like Ayuaddict said, would 2 spacers be more dangerous, even if they add up to less than 5mm. Regaurdless of what studs.

And to make you feel better levi, so you might be able to answer the question instead of making judgements about other peoples intelligence. Lets say i was using ARP studs and wanted to use two 5mm spacers instead of one 10mm. Are you following now?

Helghast, I do agree with you. Im sure running 1 spacer is by far better than 2, but just thought i would ask.

Thanks for everyone's positive input.

You never said you were NOT doing this on the stock studs. From this statement it sounds like you are!

Chillax son, anyone who can't figure out for them self that running 2 spacers is worse then one solid one, shouldn't be jumping down on other people for "obviously cant even see what... (your) asking"

But, yes 2mm x 2 would be ok on stock studs, but much, much, more dangerous then a 4mm spacer. Do yourself a favor and stop being cheap and just buy the right spacer or a adapator with extened studs.

Sorry if i seemed angry, but i dont like being called a moron.

And im not being cheap. I just simply wanted an answer. And as you can see, i know that using one spacer would be better than using two and i stated that earlier. I really had no intention of using 2, but i was just curious if there was any huge downside to it, besides the obvious.

And thanks for answering my question. by the way.
