S13 Hicas Rear Sway Bar

Is a S13 Hicas Rear Sway Bar a good choice for drifting? I found one for $30. The other choice I prefer is Tanabe rear sway bar $165.

I read the website, but the HICAS sway bar is 21mm thick. Is that good enough for producing more oversteer?

Thanks!

I tried one on my S13 Coupe that I use for autocross. I couldn't keep the back of the car behind the front so I'd say it's plenty good for drifting!
