300zx

you dont need 300zx if you arent gonna need that much stopping power
if u feel u wont need that much stopping power Q45 is for u |

What don't you have to change if you use Q45 brakes? Is it the Calipers?
|
its my rotor.. i changed my brakes and since i didnt shave the rotors it now squeals like a hoe when i break.. so i figured instead of shaving em, ima replace em later on and just need to know a decent set

I didnt know about q45 brakes hmm....learn something everyday. I just typed 300zx because it was shorter than search :D

I heard they were better bang for the buck. 300Zx brakes are better for stopping but cost more to swap.
|
not necessarly.
some poeple pay approx 100 bucks for Q45 calpiers. what if the guy next to you can get the calipers for 20 bucks? how do you compare bank for your buck now? |
Generally Q45 calipers are cheaper than 30mm TT ZX's. Yea you will have those places that don't know about the various swaps and will sell 300 zx calipers for the same price or even cheaper. But generally a junkyard will charge you more for TT 300zx calipers than for q45 calipers. Well this is what I found on my junkyard searches. For my 1st question for this thread I didn't mean to say calipers. I was told that there was something else you didn't need to change for the Q45 swap. I'll post when I find out.
