what would undercoating cost?

how much would undercoating the whole underside of my 240 cost? the reason i ask is cause WI winters are harsh and if its cheap enough i'll just do that and tough it out through the snow. or else i'll buy a beater. but whos done this and for how much?

you can buy rattle can undercoating
-put your car on jack stands
-clean as much of the undercarriage as you can with degreaser
- let it dry
- then spray it on

dosnt cost much to do

Words of wisdom.

I also like to use some POR-15/Rust Sealer Enamel to seal the metal to prevent further rust city

alright cool, thanks. that will be one of the first things i'll do on my next 240.

The undercarraige and wheel wells of my car could use some refreshing. What type of undercoating are you guys/gals talking about? You said it's sold at the parts store in rattle can form, what exactly should I be looking for?:dunno:

not to be smart but the can says undercoating spray on it i think dupli color makes a can at advanced autoparts, and i think that valuecraft is sold at autozone
