wheel width!!!

ok...i have a question about the size of the wheels i want to get.
Im looking at the sprortmax 962s'(can view them at sportmaxwheel.com) but i was wondering if i would have to roll the fenders if i went with the 17x9's in the back.
i was thinking about doing 17x7 in the front and the 17x9's in the back...so let me know what you guys think.
oh and its for a 4 lug 95 240sx

motegineon 08-05-2006 11:06 PM

they are weak offset , do not buy them.. But to answer your question...no you would not have to roll

Ayuaddict 08-05-2006 11:43 PM

whats wrong with 17x9 all around? i mean, of course, if you don't enjoy understeer.

sbanzer123 08-06-2006 12:30 AM

9.5 all the way around!!!!

motegineon 08-06-2006 07:03 AM

yea, i plan on doin 17x9 all around or maybe 10 in the rear when i eventually get money for wheels (never lol ) itll fit fine, you just need the right offsets

phreze 08-06-2006 10:12 AM

I had fit 18x10 with no fender roll at stock camber in the back. 17x9 will fit no prob, offset sucks on those you need at least a 10mm spacer.

what size would you all put in the front and back on those wheels
and size of spacers if needed

silviaks2nr 08-06-2006 10:25 AM

get some lighter wheels. even rota grid 16x8 +10 are good

nightkid86 08-06-2006 10:40 AM

^ what he said. they look nice but are way to heavy

Ayuaddict 08-06-2006 10:45 AM
