Is the Apexi Power FC really neccessary just for say 300HP on a Sr20? cause 300HP is all i want, maybe 350HP max. I'm just wondering cause since that's the HP i'm looking for and it's not neccessary then that 1000 dollars or more can be put towards something else ya know? =P

No you dont need a power fc. Look on freshalloy.com for Enthalpy. He could hook you up with a rom tune for a very good price.

 

hey i am wondering the same about the power fc. i want to use this on my sr20 swap. i have heard good things in the past about this unit from mazda people. if there is anyone who has please give some input. i am also looking for around 350 to 400 hp in the future. thanks.
