What's the point in having something that you're not going to utilize yet?
With an exhaust that large, you're probably going to lose power in stock form.
Exhaust gasses travel in pulses, they need to stay in line with eachother in order to draw out of the exhaust system in uniform order. A stock exhaust system is fairly restrictive and while response is good in lower RPM's, in higher RPM's the exhaust pulses become larger and can't pass through as easily.
Getting a slightly larger exhaust in N/A form would give a nice balance between low and higher RPM's. (Typically about 2.25in)
An exhaust that is 3in will cause the aforementioned exhaust pulses to be in disarray at lower and mid RPM's. Unless you're running a higher horse power n/a vehicle, you'll only lose power, which is why it's better to run with Forced Induction.

peters14gc, you realize you're responding to posts from a few months back right?
I wasn't gonna say anything at first, but now that you've done it a couple of times, i just want to offer a friendly reminder to check the date of the last post.
For example, this guy's post was from almost a year ago... I'm sure he's decided which exhaust he wanted by now
