coolant problem, is it normal what should i do?
 
alright heres the deal i just put my gt2871r on my sr20det i used taka oil/coolant lines but the line from the turbo to the coolant in the back of the engine is leaking, only when the radiator cap is off, when its on its fine, what would cause this i have the clamps tightend down like crazy and its still coming out any help would be appreciatd its taken almost 2 months for me to do this turbo swap so i miss my car and wanna get back in the drivers seat please help thank you

hmm i dont unerstand how it does it with the cap off but not on. Have you 2x checked the lines for cracks? especially ur old line..I duno i have taka lines and i dont have any problems like that, it has to be a hole or something somewhere, are you sure thats where its coming from exactly?

i found the problem a hose not tight enough but now i have devolped an oil leak from the oil return line, so i ordered a new oil return tube and gasket hopefully that solves my problm, by the way motegi the write up for doing the t25-t28 turbo was awesome it really helped me alot

no prob, good post for those oil returns, i wouldve ordered on if i could have found them, let us know how it works out

yea i went on an all out search, i took off my turbo 3 times to fix the leak i used 3 types of gasket maker and it kept leaking so i got pissed and orderd the whole thing
