You sure? I read on a specs sheet the compression of 95+ KAs are higher than 91-94 KAs, 9.5:1 compraed to 8.6:1 respectively.

91 Specs
http://www.socal**********/faq/1991.html
95 Specs
http://www.socal**********/faq/1995.html

I'm guess ing that's why the 95+ KAs are making the same power as the 91-94 KAs since they have more conservative cams and high compression.

the 89-90 KA24E has the 8.6:1 compression and a single overhead cam. 91 on has 9.6:1 compression and dual overhead cams.

The Ka24e can either have 8.6:1 or 9.1:1
(depending on year)

Just a little FYI

I'm talking DE, not E. I know the E has 8.6:1. but also the 91-94 DE engines.

this is the reason that i am not doing an sr swap is because of the wiring.......i want to know if i can bolt on parts from a 91 to a 95.....cuz i am geting all sorts of new parts...pretty much a whole new motor...intake turbo al new forged pistons....and everything inbetween.just please tell me if i cant do this.....cuz t will save me alot of work and alot of $$.by the way i am doing all of the work by myself...and i dont have the most $$ so i have to be careful on what i buy and where i get it from...thanks

If the motors are so similair, then why does greedy make a turbo kit for only for the '95 and up.

OBD-II. KAs 96 and up, including some 95s have OBD-II which means more sensors.
