Hey Guys I'm New to the 4Cyl FI world, I'm use to SBC's I'm not really sure how to make the best power, I know the the Principal theory (spark, fuel, air) but i know even though the way to make power is the same i'm just not sure on the details, Before i would just get the biggest cam tht would idle on the street and port the heads/ manifold and call it a day. But With the SR i'm not to sure that would be a good idea.

I'm looking to Make about 450rwhp on stock internals for a while, what cams,s would you all recomend, i've already talked to Jim Wolf but in all honesty what he suggested is way to mild for my taste.

Secondly whats the biggest diffrence between the lash killers and the rocker arm stopers?

Third I have a TS04 turbo form an older project and i'm having a tubulat top mount manifold made do you guys know around what RPM the turbo will be spooled around.... And Please don't recomend i sell it and go with the Disco Potatoe...
