Rebuild for Boost?

Ok heres the story line.

2 months ago I spun a rod bearing in my 240sx..Right itsv a 95 Se with a ka24de.right.

So I took the motor out and its in my basment right now torn to pieces pistons and everything out of it.

Im gonna turbo it in like 6 months So heres what I rebuilt while it was apart..Or I bought and replacing..

Remanufactured crankshaft with brand new rod and main bearings.
New connecting rod (replace the ***ed up one)
Brand new piston rings.
Got my blocked homed out.
Brand new headgasket.
Upper and lower timing chain.
Timin cover gasket
front and rear main seal.

So does this sound about right for a rebuild? should I do anything else while its aprt?? please give me any advice.

metal headgasket right? how much boost/power you planning on?

sounds good... did you have the crank micropolished at all? Replace the timing chain tensioner?
Metal HG? What thickness?

Theres no need for a microploish job on the crankshaft I bought a remanufactured one thathas been machined already....and as pland for boost I plan on pushing 8-10 for starters and in a year or 2 planning on 15-18

You're right, having it micropolished isnt a neccesity, i was just curious.
What pistons/rods are you using?

you do kno that a remanufactured crankshaft is micropolished right? thats how they get the journals so shiny and baby butt smmoth. The measure the crankshaft and see how out of round the journals are and if there are journals dug up and they maching it (shave it down) then they mic it(measure how muchthey took off then they micro polish it(to have a good smooth riding surface).....but anyways its all Oe stuff dont have the money right now for forged pistons rods you kno Plus I am only planning on 8-10 lbs.

^nope didnt know that lol, I didnt know if all remanufactured cranks went through that or not. thats why i asked :)
