Signal drifter twins setup?

Ive got a couple questions?
What is the thing with the v-mount intercoolers?
What is the best turbo kit/upgrade to get..my goal is 400hp...in or around there?
Does anyone know what the drifter twins get?
Whats the difference between a blacktop and redtop sr20?

the reason its v mounted has something to do with aerodynamics and more air hitting it or something like that....

yeah it gives a more equal distribution of air flow to the radiator and intercooler
