does any body know where the stock blow off valve is cause i don't.., just wondering cause i need to know so i can take it off..
cuz im running a aftermarket one i don't know if my new clip came wit it..

 

Should be mounted by or close to the side mount. Unless the lines have been caped off and the pipe next to the valve cover just before the turbo inlet is missing. Which usually meants they had an aftermarket one and removed it.

Is taht your motor, or did you buy an entire front clip? Yeah, that's the blowoff valve. Why you takin it off?

from venus auto that i hand picked ...so no shipping....i bought it for under 2k that's all i can say.......i have close friends at venus auto-part in sac

Depends on where you find them, and what they come with. You can find an sr20 for $1300 with a cut harness, and no ecu, or one for like $1700 with a harness and ecu. Front clips are like $2800.

 

i'd bought a whole clip for $1200 hand picked with HKS gt-2530,damange HKS fmic,550cc denso sard injectors(for sale $320 with fuel rail and plugs)...only thing bad was owner had a power fc tuned by mine's which we could not find so i'm stuck with jdm ecu....................

 

um....thats not the blow-off valve in that pic. that part has to do with emissions and most people just remove it when they do the swap. you probably dont have one especially if the swap you bought came with a front mount. more than likely it got jacked before you got it. the stock bov was mounted on the factory side mount intercooler.

 

Nothing in that pic had a BOV in it. . Clip normally does come with it but you'll need to redo the IC lines depending on what you're gonna do.
