Talking Turbo KA24E up an running

Well after about a month of down time, with no car im finally done, got it up an running. Runs really good too. Heres a list of what i got .

Garrett T3/T4 50 trim
Rx-7 550cc injectors
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Apexi S-AFC2
Custom Log Style Manifold
3" exhaust with 3" cat with Tsuedo muffler
Autometer sport comp EGT and Boost
Custom 3" Downpipe
Spearco Front mount.

Currently running 8lbs of boost. Havnt dyno'd nor do i have pics, but i will soon, i have no dig cam right now, but i was able to snag a sound clip if someone can host it let me know an i will send it to you, its not a big file. Man boost is sooo addictive.

I want to go 24det, but I am in a quandry. I want to do a turbo on my ka, but then I'd need to rebuild it too because it has 150k on it. I also wouldn't want to pay somebody to install, and I have never worked with turbo before, so I am worried about how smooth a personal installation would go. HOWEVER, if I bought a jdm motor like a ca18 or and sr20, I would have to worry about buying the parts that I didn't get with it when I bought it, intercooler, bov, mounts harness, etc. I can't decide which way to go.
