v-mount is great for when the car is moving...but unless you hook up fans for the radiator then your car is going to over heat. another thing is that you have to cut your frame.

Either frame or firewall. Also, you'de have to mount the radiator in a diff way. That means custom mounts for both the IC and the radiator. Good luck with that. And pray for no front end collissions.

v mount = track only...other than that you are risking not just your car but your life. taking apart a stucture that is suppose to be there and driving it around town in the US (which has terrible drivers) is a death wish.

You don't have to cut the firewall for a v-mount. You must have meant the core support....

I've read somewhere that the firewall had to be cut to move the engine back some more to make room for the mounts and the IC and radiator up front.

i wouldnt in the US either, there are some crazy drivers and i really wouldnt like to see no engine parts flying through my head during an accident, just me though, but to each his own and i'm not saying its a bad idea, just not a safe one imo.

There is a reason V-mount setups are OFF-ROAD USE ONLY!!! C'mon dude it's cool and everything but unless u drive for Signal than there is no really good reason to do it.
