If i'm not mistaken, isn't the HKS Camp just a monitoring system? If you buy a standalone for under $1k, it'll probably be hard to comprehend and tune.

As far as a piggyback computer, I'd only recommend the Greddy E-Manage......

yeah, CAMP isnt an engine management system at all, all it does is monitor, replaces loads of gauges you'd need to read the same info.

an AFC is just that, air fuel controller. If thats all you want, get one. But, if you want to be able to control a LOT more variables, get the E-manage...

The Emanage is a great unit. EXTERMELY USER FRIENDLY!
If you want to get the full tuning effect go for a EMS Stand Alone about $850. It replaces everything...therefore no unnessicary wire crap to take up place. Fuel, Timing and 5 or 6 extra controls for AC, Electric Fans, Shift lamp...Also you can remove you AFM which is great for let more air flow in.

You were told incorecctly. The Greddy E-manage can be programed for almost ANY import application.

And by the way, OBD-II is 96+..

I always thought that OBD2 was 96+ too but jim wolf says different and I would trust that better than my memory. Go to the webstie and look in tech support and then look in Nissan ECU Idenification Chart

And, did you notice the note at the top?

"This list in incomplete and may contain errors it is only a guide to help identify cores for return to J.W.T."

you could look into the MicroTech LT8 standalone EMS, which are sold for under $900. IMO it's a great system for the price.
