Anyone know of a good KA24DE engine rebuilder / swapper in the Bay Area, Ca?
Hi,
I live in San Jose, Ca and I am looking for an engine rebuilder or swapper shop that can do justice to a KA24DE rebuild / swap.
FYI: I'm in the market for a used 240sx (that will most likely need a rebuild / swap) but don't want to go to the SR20DET.
I have found one local rebuilding shop that's with the Better Business Bureau (a plus there) and I drove by one day and they deal with a lot of different car makes.
But I want to find a shop that knows the KA24DE well and won't mess it up.
Does anyone in the Bay Area know of such a place?
Thanks.

i know theres going to be alot of shops that will make the following statement wrong....
a motor is a motor, it shouldnt be hard to replace parts in especialy if you have the new parts to replace it with with you right there...
just find an engine shop thats been around for atleast 5 years.. they should be just fine..
