Crossovers!

Hey all,

I'm putting in a new component system into my 95 240 SX SE and wanted to know if anyone knew where the crossover is anywhere on this car. I'm pretty sure that I could use the regular factory crossover, but it's probably a really cheap one that could blow the speakers.

If it matters, the speakers that are gettin' put in are Rockford - Fanatic P's. Not the best I know, but I just need something to hold me over for a few months.

Thanks

i think he may be talking about the active speaker syetem that i know the s13's came with but i dno about the s14's if so you dont want to use that active crossover/amp system that came factory in the cars. they are junk.

disavble the active ****, thats what I did in my s13.

RF component systems are a good sound man, more than 90% of people need. Use the factory wire, and if your s14 has the door amplifiers bypass them and ru nthe wirte straight to the crossover.
