How about this?

I was looking over my car yesterday and noticed how the top of the "rear seat" folds down over the bottom part and everything then looks flat. Some of you may have done or tried this already but I thought i'd ask anyways. What if I was to take the bottom part of the seat out of the car and mount my 2 12" subs w/box underneath where the top folds down over them? It sounds like it would work right? That way no one could see them from the outside.

yeah it would but you'd lose the rear seat.

or you could just drop a box in the trunk and keep the cover on?

I'd stick them in the trunk, the only bad thing is, you lose cargo space, which I don't if you care or not.
