I just bought a 95 240sx se and it came with a stock cd radio player. The radio will turn on and the antenna will go up, but have no sound coming from the speakers, also it wont turn off when i push the button. So i bought a new pioneer headunit, metra wiring harness, and a metra antenna adapter. After the installation i turned on the headunit, the headunit turned on (but still no sound at all)! Also the antenna wont come up when i go to tuner! I want to know if anyone knows how to fix this? I think it is the stock amp that is messed up or i could be wrong. Any advise will be very grateful

it's the amps in the back most likely. Since you have an aftermarket head unit, you can bypass them.... I believe there is a guide floating around that will tell you how to do it... let me see if I can dig up the URL.
