Anyone wanna share some pics of your custom setup? Need some ideas and I'm planning on taking out my spare tire.

i will be starting the audio system in my car soon... i will get pics for everyone as i progress with my design... what i am planning is 2 jl audio 10w6v2 woofers mounted where the spare tire was... with a custom amp rack mounted behind the seat with plexi glass on both sides to see all of the amps... i will show you some pics of a bmw i did to give you an idea of how the amp rack will look...

 

i heard that subs in the wheel well sound sh1tty... dont quote me on that. Just something i've heard

 

i have been doing car audio systems for 14 years and the only reason they sount like **** is that whoever made the enclosure either did not know what they were doing and did not build it right... or they did not seal the enclosure and it leaks...

I spent a summer working at a car audio shop, and learned to do some pretty sick things with fiberglass. I'm in the process of a fiberglass center console and dash for my S13 with spare parts I have. If I dont end up liking it, nothings lost, and ebays the answer.
