2nd battery?

2nd battery?

i have two mtx 12's and a 1200watt amp. ive noticed its really been draining my main battery.. i was wondering whats better. a capacitor or a second batteryy.. if i get a second battery, how would i go about wiring it to the system?

second battery for sure. i had both in my altima and the second battery is better hands down. You just need to run your main power wire ging to the back to it first. then groind the battery and both car batteries will charge. you'll notice your rpm's won't drop as much either.

so i run a wire from the positive charge on the main battery to the second battery... ground the back battery and run a power line to the amp from that second battery.
