security set-up,ur opinion please

I want to install a kill switch in my car, can anyone offer me a type-up of a good how-to, if not, how much will it cost to install? I'm also thinking of putting a quick-release steering wheel hub on my car. Would this be a cost effective enough, "no-drive away" theft deterrent system? It seems like a good set-up to me.
Basically:
'92 s13 coupe(Priceless):
Security system:
quick-release steering-wheel hub ($300 for both?/wheel/hub)
kill-switch($??????)
I know nothing is completely fool-proof, but this sounds like i said, pretty good to me.
Thanks

A kill switch is fairly cheap if you do it yourself.
Make sure you only wire it to the Ignition, though, not the power, otherwise you'll loose all settings (including radio).
Make sure it is done correctly, with enough wire etc. so you don't have a fire.

I'd make a write up, but i'm not sure how it works, lol.

I have a FET quick release, paid $120 for it (can get other quick release hubs cheaper but I opted for the FET because its not as thick as most others)
box

pic of it installed with hub

Nismo steering wheel, paid $100 for it

no name hub, paid $30 for it, definately a pretty good vehicle theft deterrent system and its easy to install, and for a kill switch you should be able to hit up your local Radio Shack and get what you need.

nice write-up ^^^, So the quick release hub, let's me pop off and snap-on the steering wheel??? Is this right?
Is the hub a universal fit for the steering wheels? Is there a certain size. I.E. hubs for momo or (autozone) gt steering wheels?

The type of steering wheel you get will determine the hub you will need. Take my Nismo wheel, its six bolt so I need a six bolt hub. However I can't use six bolt momo and sparco hubs due to the holes being in different locations. So I would need an HKB, Nismo or some other hub made for my bolt pattern. They do sell universal hubs though (which mine is, will fit sparco, momo, personal, nardi, nismo) which make it a little easier.

You are correct about the quick release. The FET quick release I have is made up of 2 main pieces (theres a few other pieces but they're not relevant to the function of the quick release), one piece attaches to the hub with 6 bolts, the other piece attaches to the steering wheel. All I have to do is line of the wheel, and twist the quick release and it locks into place.

I got the same exact set-up.

NRG Quick Release w. Momo Racing Line, or NISMO Steering wheel..Just like His.

I Have 2 Quick releases so I just pop whichever I want on. Obviously one is for DD and one is for track.

It's the ultimate Anti Theft system.

You can even add a fuel pump switch..I can't..Turbo Timer.
Also a Line Lock..so the tires won't go anywhere.
