what audio setup

I have a 12" sub and a 600 watt amp from the last car that I owned but i havent installed it yet but i didnt know if i should stick with that or go with 2 10"s. I was also curious if someone can tell me a good car alarm to go with.

From what I've read, the larger the subwoofer, the longer it will take to respond/produce a frequency, but this isn't like a big delay or anything... Personally, I'd rather go with 2 10" subs.

i think it's more noticeable with a 15" sub. when i had a 15", the response seemed slow. i'll prolly get 2 12s in the next month
