Wiring-up an amp
Can anyone give me ideas on how to get the 12V cable from the battery, through th firewall, and to the amp? I dont know where I will be able to run through the firewall. Anybody else know how?

I ran mine through the grommet for the ECU. I cut it with a razor, and pushed it through. Im running 2awg as well, and isnt exactly small. Tucking the wire under the carpet is easy. Just take off the trim where the carpet meets the door jamb (forgot its name) and it fits nicely under there. Running wires in my 240 was teh easy.

through here,
you'll need a screw driver
sorry i just had to keep that joke going.
but seriously if you plan on running that wire to an amp make sure that the rca jacks are not ran through the same path. if you don't you'll get interference, static most likely.

ahhhhhh... i finally got it all wired up. it only took me a couple hours, and it would have been less but i had to mess around with one of my subs and remount my amp to the back instead of on top. but yeah, they hit sooo hard, way harder than when they were in my acura. Oh and i did put it through the grommet for the ECU wires. Thanks alot for the help guys.
