Norcals drift track is opening May 18th for drift nights, the rainy spring weather has delayed its April 20th opening. Track is redone with new asphalt at Altamont Raceway.
Drift nights is $60 to drivers, and is the 1st and 3rd Thursday of everymonth.

I am going to watch as well being that my suspension, and brake system aren't matched for the event. I will have friends entering, and it will be great to have as many people to come. Competition rounds are from 7:00 to 10:00 and they do have a cash pot, (isn't much but it is still fun). The gates open at 3:00 and the first 45 that show up get to drift.
