I have a nissan 240sx with an sr20det swap.
Okay bottom line is at high rpm's in any gear i hear rattling from the gear box, but if i press the gear shifter, like towards wherever it is, eg in fifth push it into its slot and hold it, it stops.
I have the stock 240sx ****.Ive heard that this can happen cause of lighter gear shift *****, so if I change em will it go away?
Is there anything I have to worry bout?

 

It's the B&M Shifter, they don't have the rubber piece between the plates like most short shifters which causes it to rattle in the higher RPM ranges. Nothing to worry about, it just gets annoying. It used to do it on my KA-T, but doesn't do it on my SR20, weird.
